How to get here
By car
Leave the A1 or A21 motorway at Piacenza: the house is a few minutes from the exits. Free parking on the street in front of the house, or a space in the private courtyard for €7 a night, no need to book it.
By train
From Piacenza railway station take bus N1 or N16 and get off at the stop right in front of the house: it takes about 15 minutes. By taxi it is about 10 minutes.
By plane
Milan Linate 64 km · Parma 68 km · Bergamo Orio al Serio 80 km. From Milano Centrale to Piacenza the train takes about 45 minutes.
Nearby: plenty of bars, restaurants and pizzerias a short walk from the house, handy for dinner too.

What time can I arrive and leave?
Check-in from 4:30 pm to 11:30 pm, check-out from 8:00 to 10:00 am. If you arrive earlier or need to leave your luggage, write to us: we can usually find a solution.
Where can I park?
Parking on the street in front of the house is free. Alternatively there is a space in the private courtyard for €7 a night: no need to book it, just tell us when you arrive. Bicycles can be kept in the garage.
What is included in breakfast?
A simple Italian breakfast: croissants, biscuits, rusks, jams, yoghurt, coffee, tea and juices. Let us know in advance about intolerances or special needs.
Do you speak English, French, German or Dutch?
At home we speak Italian, but we are happy to reply in writing, by email or WhatsApp, in English, French, German and Dutch. Before you arrive we send you written instructions.
Are children or pets allowed?
The house is for adults only (18 and over) and pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house.
Is the house suitable for people with limited mobility?
There are a few steps at the entrance and no lift, so the house is not designed for wheelchair users. If you have limited mobility, please call us before booking and we will tell you honestly whether it suits you.
How do I pay? Can I cancel?
The room costs €95 a night for two people and €80 for one person, breakfast included. On top of that there is the City of Piacenza tourist tax, €1 per person per night, paid directly at the property. You pay for the room by bank transfer, Revolut or online by card: the details come with your booking confirmation. Cancellation is free, with a full refund, up to 14 days before arrival.
